Betül Avcılar is an Associate in the Litigation team. She focuses primarily on private law. 

Prior to joining Lexist, Betül worked in the litigation department of a well-regarded Istanbul law firm. In this role, Betül provided legal counsel and legal services to a significant number of local and international clients, representing them in legal proceedings before the Turkish courts. Furthermore, Betül was instrumental in a number of high-profile projects.

In addition to her work in private law, Betül has handled cases related to the violation of personal rights through the internet, including social media-related lawsuits and applications, as well as cases involving the blocking of online content. She also has expertise in criminal law, focusing on crimes against individuals and property, and crimes committed through mass communication channels such as social media and the internet.
