Ceyda Serra Yaşar is a trainee lawyer in our Corporate/M&A
department. Ceyda pursued a double degree in Psychology and Law,
driven by a curiosity about the complexities of human behaviour and the
mechanisms of legal systems. This interdisciplinary approach lays the
foundation for her work, blending analytical thinking with empathetic
understanding.

Throughout her academic journey, Ceyda engaged in internships at
multinational companies such as Sabancı Holding & Koç Holding ,
gaining invaluable insights into the labour, contract, and corporate law.

Furthermore, through involvement in an academic study on arbitration
she delved into innovative methods of resolving conflicts and deepened
her knowledge on alternative dispute resolution.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Ceyda remained deeply committed to
social causes. She actively participated in student clubs dedicated to
community service and social projects. As a member of Koç University
Volunteers Club, she spent time with children and engaged in
educational games. She also took role in the interactive events designed
for high school students.
