Founding Partner

Dr. Eyüp Kul co-founded Lexist in 2016 following a successful career in TMT institutions and the corporate sector for Turkish and international companies. He focuses on dispute resolution and M&As, in the real estate & construction, energy and infrastructure sectors, in particular.

Eyüp has led several award-winning projects, leading negotiations of major EPC, NGA and PPA contracts with respect to infrastructure and energy projects, M&As and financing. His extensive experience in project realization and all party negotiations gives him a unique insight into the strategic aspects of a project and the subsequent risk mitigation, making his contractor disputes practice one of the strongest in the Turkish market.

Acting for Turkish regulatory bodies and Turkish contractors in particular, Eyüp has an invaluable strategic perspective appreciated by clients. On the litigation front, he has a very broad and strong practice, making him a first choice for clients involved in complex disputes.
