Turkish & International Arbitration Services
The celebrated Lexist Arbitration team is actively involved in investor-state and commercial arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc, including the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID),the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA),the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) and the Turkish Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC). The team also acts as counsel, representing clients globally wherever the seat of arbitration is – Istanbul, London, Geneva or Washington for instance. The team has represented the Republic of Türkiye in several ICSID proceedings and in domestic arbitration proceedings conducted under the International Arbitration Law and under the Civil Procedure Code.
For assets located abroad, the team may work with colleagues and professionals who are adept at collection and monetising strategies, recovering awards wherever the assets may be. We fully understand there must be a return on investment following a case.
