Mustafa Doğan İnal co-founded Lexist in 2016, alongside Dr. Eyüp Kul. He has a specific focus on the sectors real estate & construction, TMT and energy, utilising his commercial experience as an in-house lawyer for a leading Turkish conglomerate and a media institution.

Mustafa has a thriving commercial and criminal disputes practice, successfully representing clients in the resolution of disputes arising from company law, shareholder disputes, and disputes in the real estate and construction sector. Mustafa also represents his clients as arbitration counsel before the ICC and ICSID in particular.
